Our Moneyback Guarantee
- Eligibility for Refund: If we are unable to generate your EDN due to complexities or difficulties with the information you have provided, we will issue a full refund of your payment.
- Express Service Guarantee: For customers who opt for our ‘Express’ EDN generation service, we guarantee delivery within the prescribed time. If we fail to meet this commitment due to standard processing delays, we will refund the difference between our standard and express service fees. This guarantee is applicable only for standard purchases and does not cover delays caused by additional requirements such as AHECC code lookup or if we require additional information from you.
Limitations and Exclusions
- Estimates and Timeframes: Please note that all service timeframes are estimates and are provided as a guide. They do not account for public holidays or unforeseen issues beyond our control.
- No Refund for Incorrect Submission: We cannot offer refunds for EDNs processed based on incorrectly submitted information by the customer or if the EDN is no longer needed. This policy is in place because each EDN is manually lodged by our agents, dedicating time and resources to each submission.
- Amendments to EDN: In certain cases, should you need to amend an EDN provided the goods/items have not yet been shipped, we may be able to assist. However, please be aware that additional service charges may apply for such amendments.
